Nasia Burnet developed a passion for textile design during her initial studies at the Artemis and the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Textile Design at The Royal Academy of Arts in 2011. During her studies, she worked as a textile designer at Ella’s Textile Art as an stylist and product developer, did an internship at an upholstery at Werkplaats Willemien, researched textile design of the Miao culture in China and completed several textile and interior design projects for private and corporate clients.
